Illustrated reportage is a way of documenting real life through drawing. I observe people, places and events and transform what I see into visual stories that capture not only what is happening, but also the atmosphere, human details and the character of a place.

I work from observations on location, sketches and collected visual material, combining a documentary approach with my personal perspective as an illustrator. The result can be a single illustration or a series of images that develops into a broader visual story.

I create illustrated reportage for newspapers and magazines, cultural organisations, exhibitions and independent documentary projects.
